Tempted Freefall

So, last week, I’m minding my own business, doing the usual stuff, reading blogs, checking e-mail, following Twitter and Plurk, and I realize somewhere along the line I missed the fact that Stacy of Tempted Yarns was having a contest for spinner wannabees. She had some yummy bunny yarn she’d spun that she needed ideas of what to make with it. On the last day at the last possible moment, I got my entry in – and unbelievably, I won!
Tempted FreefallMy prize arrived yesterday – a Louet drop spindle and 4 oz. of BFL roving – specially died for me in my favorite colors! Of course, I picked fall colors – deep reds and burnt oranges – and so, I have named my roving and yarn to be “Freefall.” Fall because of the colors, and free because, well, I won it!
Thank you again, Stacy – I absolutely love it!

I’m so glad you liked the color – Stacy had me approve it based on your description while I was down there visiting her. I can’t wait to see it spun up!

  2. Hey Tammy, I’m so glad you enjoy it! Can’t wait to see the yarn that you make with it. So tell me you have been spinning with it, Right??
    xoxo Stacy
