Wow, talk about the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season. I know I’ve had a lot going on, but no time, energy, or inclination to blog about it. So here’s a rundown of what’s been going on.
As a bonus on our anniversary, I hit my first Wollmeise update in a long time and scored two grab bags. I got Blue Curacao, Gewitterhimmel, Terra de Siena, and Indisch Rot, all in the “We’re Different” Twin base.

We had our work Christmas party luncheon at the Tower Club last Friday. Robert won the candy centerpiece on our table for the second year in a row.
I’m in the semi-finals in the Chick-fil-A Fantasy Football league with a good chance to win the Super Bowl in back to back years. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
My Christmas shopping is done and all but 3 of my packages are wrapped. I do still have a couple of little things to knit, though, and Robert may not get his Christmas socks until New Year’s.
We had a lovely Christmas dinner last Saturday at our friends Eddie’s and Brenda’s home.
Last Sunday after church we brought home pizza and the rest of the day turned into a flannel pants day. I need more of those right now.
Monday Robert woke up not feeling well, and has the flu. He hasn’t been to work at all this week, and I took off today to take care of him. So far, I haven’t caught it.
I had my flu shot this morning. It won’t take effect until 10 days have passed.
I bought Susan Boyle’s CD after watching the TV Guide Channel special on her. Bloody brilliant.
My sister makes the best Christmas frosted sugar cookies ever. I make pretty good chocolate chip ones.
I received my last shipment in the Tempted@3AM Sock Club and love it, even though it’s pink. I signed up for next year’s club, too.

That is all for now.
